"I’ve had State Farm for several years now insuring everything from multiple cars to recreational vehicles. No one has been more helpful with maintaining my policies and understanding my coverage than JONI at this specific institution. She has always provided excellent customer service including calling to remind me when my bill is due and processing the payment personally or changing my limits when I need to quickly. I feel like I’m actually getting value for what I pay in insurance, and her vibrant attitude makes the whole transaction pleasant. I’ve also found Al, Nicole and Jordan helpful as well at times when she is helping other customers. The service here assures me I made the right decision insuring with them. That whole “like a good neighbor” thing is actually true here lol. Thanks Joni and team!"

"Having a tree fall on my house and my family, including a dog, has been the most horrendous experience I believe I've been through. God bless Nicole and Joni for the guidance, professionalism, kindness, compassion and hard work that they have continuously provided for myself and my family during this process. Every time I walk in this State farm office and speak to either one of them, I believe my blood pressure drops tremendously 😁. They both deserve awards for the jobs they provide!!!"

"I have only been with this team for a day, but already I can tell this is the State Farm service I know, trust and love. It was the first time I have been in their office and everyone tried to help me! I was taken into Gail"s office where she was able to put things together for me. We were missing something, so she said she would call me back.... And she did working 20 minutes!!!

Chris called me from his home to welcome me into the State Farm family again. He was professional, personable, kind and definately someone I can trust! Feels great to have this level of service again!!!"
